Fighting for Clean Elections

• I supported Clean Elections in 1998 and worked hard to pass it. I believe we still need comprehensive campaign finance reform to clean up the mess on Beacon Hill.



• I want government to work for people, not for the special interests. The State House leadership is out of touch with the people of Massachusetts.



• We need democratic reforms at the State House to reduce the power of the Speaker's office and free legislators to serve the people. The State House needs new leadership that would be responsive to the people.
